Sorry, I misinterpreted the question and for that moment I was thinking the question was whether they are plastic or metal. ;)

Its been ages since I done anything to the buggy and belive it or not I still havent even driven it yet.

What I wanted to do was put a bumper on the front so it will bend/snap instead of hitting the wheels and braking the upper or lower arms or worse.

It look a lot of guesswork and fiddling around but I got it down to only 2 parts, Ill put them below if anyone wants to do the same.

Suspension arm holder (you only need the one at the top of the pic)

Rear bumper

I didn't take before photos but here is a stock photo of before.

And a bunch of pics of after

This is a bit messy, I didnt peel off the old silicone and also rubbed it by accident with my hands before it was dry.

Anyway, its only 80 cents worth of parts, Ill try do the rear.

Also it will tow out slightly so you will need to tighten the turnbuckles to pull it back in again.

Actually, yeah, what jughead_dave said: After all the upgrading you did, how is it to drive? I'm curious about whether you've worn out any parts, where you've been driving it, whether you satisfied your desire to mod the base car, and what body you've been running on it.

Its mentioned multiple times in this thread that it wont fit.

I bought the Monster Beatle body posts that you can see in the picture you quoted and bought other bodies that fit fine.

hi.. I just read all in this forum, sorry if I dont notice my answer, I want to ask if there anyone try mini inferno front/ rear ball diff.? I saw in ebay
http://www.ebay.com/itm/3Racing-Front-Rear-Ball-Diff-Shaft-Mini-Inferno-/160726584424?pt=Radio_Control_Parts_Accessories&hash=item256c0d0c68

Will this fit to monster beatle? if fit, will this stay longer than stock diff.? because mine, especially the 3 small rear diff. gear are almost worn out. for this time I just exchange rear diff to front and vice versa.
Thanks

Andrepar,

The Mini Inferno ball diff will fit the beatle n buggy. It will definitely last longer than the standard diff.
