Brushless motor for yak55 flexfly

I have a GP YAK 55 flexfly, it comes with a brushed motor that is geared. I've flown it 4 times and the gears are starting slide on the shaft. I would like to replace it with Bushless motor,but don't know which one will fit the stick motor mount and produce the same tail stand flight characteristics. any one know?
