hk15158a tail servo

I have a hk500 heli and have tried various giros without success.I have recently bought a phoenixtech gt9 which works extremely well and want to try the hk15158a servo on the tail.

Can anyone tell me what frame rate (hz) I should set the giro to.

As giros become more suffisticated hobbyking need to give us more technical information with these servos
