Please please please get a shipment of the Turnigy 9X! There is a lot of people waiting.

I know it's probably falling on deaf ears... but yeah, currently trying to get through to hobbyking.

Yesterday I got a message saying the Turnigy 9X has been sent, and asked others in the discussion whether they got the same message. Seems like hobbyking AU warehouse is finally sending out these Turnigy 9Xs!

Suppose they have to get rid of the old version soon, there's a newer one coming out in a few months.

It's not so much what's stocked for me, it's why can't I access, and have goods delivered to, NZ ex the Dustralian w/house?
Have come to realise that HK is a bit of a rort, and have started using USA based co's .Freight higher, but at least they are contactable and bother to respond to queries and complaints.

I dont think its a "newer" version I rekon its a clone goin by what was said regarding delivery delays. Seems to be the practice of Hk, product run out sales

Yeah I'm doing the same, funny how things from hobby king international warehouse take at least 2 weeks to arrive (and that's after the week or longer it takes them to pack it and mail it) but anything I order from anywhere else in the world arrive a max of 7 days after I order it. Hong Kong is a lot closer to Australia than the US or the UK yet I can get anything from them in a week.
Hobby King might be cheaper than other sites, but like you said they don't talk to you unless you go on their livechat site and take ages to get warranty parts. I got my replacement main blades last friday after the warrant claim was opened mid January and that was the Australian warehouse not the Hong Kong one.
It's not about the money anymore, screw the slightly higher cost I will take the perfect customer service, fast service over hobby kings cheap prices and crappy everything else any day.

Yeah makes sense and it's the perfect excuse to dole out for the huge backorder problems people are having.
Hobby King was good when they first started but they're going downhill real fast on customer service and satisfaction. And it's not hard to tell either, there use to be a load of people sticking up for them when someone complained calling them trolls/fake accounts etc. Now there's almost no one sticking up for them.

I would like to see some better composite gliders, electric, full thermal and HLG/DLG. More than enough foamies and the scale ones are ok for slope or fun flat feild days, but something that is good enough for local competitions would be nice.

Dear gavan ,
Thanks for contacting the HobbyKing Support Team.
Thank you for your interest in or products but at this time we are not selling Nano-Techs from the Australian warehouse.
In the future we would look to do this but no time frame has been set at this time.

Thanks for emailing support.
If you have any other questions, please let me know.
Best Regards.

Bugger! It doesn't sound like any time soon then. That realy sucks. Our American friends have them in their warehouse but none for us yet.
I'm never wrong, once I thought I was but I was mistaken.
