Yes, I would definately like to have an update on this. Have the software issues been fixed in this release?
Also there were issues with several of the module/rx combos. Which module/RX is confirmed good and working for this TX? Thanks! |

I'll have a review on the FlyDream 2.4GHz and Corona DSSS 2.4 modules online in a couple of days.

I give up... looks like few people understand how to use a forum.. I was hoping this thread would be answered with what is actualy happening with the transmitter but we are back to module questions again..
there is lenghty discussion here http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=1737
about the 9X and various suitable modules.

I talked to Ricky from HK today on the chat line and asked if the 9x's being offered on HKSite now ( 2nd release ) are free of the bugs that where in the first release and his answer was, after talking to the HK Technicians, yes they were. So I ordered one, so fingers crossed. Should be here next week so I'll report back with what I find. Would be better if Jason or someone else from HK would verify this.

this is quote from hk page Important.
Some customers have found difficulty with the D/R & EXP settings. Please be sure you change D/R first, exit the menu then re-enter
the menu to modify the EXP setting. Modifying them together will
reset the D/R.
