I'm considering buying a sailboat and I wanted an opinion on those two models

They are both great, what you need to take into consideration is transporting to your sailing location. Fully assembled, you will need about 70 inches lengthways and 42 inches wide. My Phantom (fully assembled) fits in my car with the back seats folded down, the Ocean Going Yacht is slightly bigger.In terms of operation, they are very similar so choosing one over the other is merely a matter of individual taste, that's the way I see it anyway!
