These post are copied from another section as I think they should have been placed here.

Got mine today and here are a few pictures
It came well packed and no damage from the German warehouse even after GLS left it out in the rain in the back garden!!!

Here are the wings and Fus the covering is a lovely matt colour and with very subtle camoflage
The yellow wings are from a Carl Goldberg cub.

Here are the rest of the major parts and your eyes are not deceiving you, yes that is a manual.
The clear parts to the left of the rudder are the parts for the lower scoup and dummy engine cylinders.
I will post some build photos as soon as I finish my Fiesler Storch

There are some weird letters on the side which looked strangly out of place. Whats the OY all about

Then a little research later

Could that OY be part of a Danish Reg number, This is OY-ECV at Goteborg airshow and below the digital version of plane for Flight Sims

I think someone made a boo boo.

Note the invasion stripes dont go around the underside of the fuselage, I'll have to get the stripped paint out

I couldnt wait and put the Storch to one side.
The inside is painted black and around the windows are bare wood so I started painting them a more suitable green.
Humbrol Acrylic Green 5030 matt  is a good match.

I also started adding the stripes to the bottom of the fus

Yup, the plane looks nice, thanks for the pics Snappy!  This ARF seems a very good candidate for a kitBash and to make it quite a nice sports scale.
A minimal technical knowledge is required for this hobby; please ensure you know the differences between up and down.

I attacked the elevator hinges the ones in the kit are the CA type which I am wary of particulary on a 20cc model, so I have used pivot hinges the ones in the photo are not great quality and will be replaced with Pivot & Round Hinges 2.5x48 (10pcs/set)
These are on the site and have metal pins.

DONT GLUE THE HINGES UNTILL THE TAILPLANE IS GLUED INTO THE FUS SLOT

And I painted the stripes on the bottom (If any body needs missing invasion stripes painted let me know) Fatman you know I mean you!
