Direction of nose art.... couldn't find anywhere. Looked at hundreds of pics showing both directions. What's the rule?

Can somebuddy help me for the size of the pilot? I saw the pilot of HK with a length of 11,5 cm. It is the same pilot of the l-4 of KMP(is the same as CMP).
Will this fit or is this one too small?
Thanks for your help!
Theo

I set the throws sith dual rates, high rate at high end of recommedation (ie Aileron 25mm) and low rate at low end of range (15mm). Thoughts on any changes I should make?

Did the same and found, that you don't need the low rates ! The recommended ones are ok.

I ended up with two additional mixers : Aileron --> Rudder and Rudder --> Elevation.
