Need help with programming this atmega168. I would like to use the newest firmware(1.6).
I'm using this ISP programmer http://shop.myavr.de/Programmer/mySm...p&artID=200006 And AVRstudio4. I'm able to read and write to the atmega48, but cant reach the atmega168 and the atmega328 eather. Any idea what am i doing wrong? Is there anything that i have to do with the KKboard in order to program the chip? It looks like there is no power comming to the chip...but i'm sure i have conected the batery to the board...
any help would be appreciated.. The error i'm getting is.: Entering programming mode.. Failed! Leaving programming mode.. OK! |

Just replace the resistor (see pictures) and everything will work. The Pull-up resistor on the dW/Reset line must not be smaller than 10kohm.!   Edited by flugzeug - 16/May/2011 at 2:02am |
