Here is my Cobra from Hobby King, airbrush painting and home made decals with "Holi Decal Paper" for laser printer.
Setup is:

Mystery 3000 KV motor, will be a 4200 KV soon.
ESC Turnigy Marine 35A.
3S LiPo - 1800mA.

And some home made hardware like motor watercooling and servo mount.

Schweeet! Thumbs Up
I love the water cooling mount for the outrunner , very clever !
Would be interested in hearing how it performs ... Good Job !

Trumpy!
Does anybody know how to cancel a bid on e-Bay?
I put in a bid for a “Cowboy Outfit” and it seems I’m only six minutes away from owning the Australian Labor Government !

Hi ze-bob,

Exellent work ze-bob !!! , I have two Cobras waiting to be built when I can find some time,

The rudder came from HOR, this one:
http://www.horracing.com/product_info.php?cPath=35&products_id=205
I don't know if HOR is still active.
This hull does not sail well, it rebounds permanently, i tested different angles, different heights but nothing changes, also a weight on the nose but the problem remains the same one.
I think this hull is not a good idea.

Be carrefull with HOR, i hade some problems with us, i think that the factory was flooded, so they can't send the orders.
This information must be verified, it comes from a French forum.

thanks for the heads up !
Since i don't need any hardware at the moment i didn'tplan to buy there soon.

About your cobra: unstepped hulls are difficult to set up, especially the small ones. it took me some time to get my gecko from MHZ to run and it still makes only a few meters at topspeed, but that the cause for taht is  way too much power... 4800kv motor @ 2s lipo..

I heard some problems with the Gecko, but MHZ is very very better than this little Cobra, the price is not the same !
