hello guys, i am planning to get the FrSky combo (futaba) module and adapt it in my KDS-7X radio, i have seen the DY kit of FrSky where 3 leads are used! positive negative and PPM... i already have traced the points on the control but want to USE the module instead of the DY kit...
does anyone think the module itself can be also wired as the DY kit, im might have problems with the module terminals, my contro,l does not have a socket like a module, plan on jumping wire into the tx!

I have connected a FrSky DHT-U module/display to the Futaba 7c trainer port and used the power from the trainer port to power the module and the PPM out to control the plane via the ACCST signal from the FrSky DHT-U to FrSky receiver. Works like a charm. Should work with any square pin trainer port.
