Your battery goes under the hatch on the cowling (use velcro to fasten it in).Put your speed controller under the battery.Put your reciever under the servo tray (attach with double sided tape).Make sure your 2 antennas face 2 different directions, preferrably 90 degrees to one another. You will also need a servo reverser for one of your retracts or one will go up and the other will go down. Also i replaced my spinner with a great planes one as the stock spinner has a bad vibration problem. |

You can program one of the retracts to be the slave of the other and reverse it programming your radio. as others have posted on this item on the International site.

this is a lovely flying plane but be aware it can pull quite badly to the left on takeoff run just compensate with some right rudder.

About
durafly spitfire. They say
at HobbyKing site that they changed the servo
but with my Durafly it wasn’t the case….. I didn’ t had a test flight yet and I tested TRUST of Spitfire Used a Zippy 3S2200maH 20c Lipo and stock motor and prop. I got 1650 grams of trust, plain was about 1300 grams so must be enough I think.
Also I read at reviews that CG is about 88mm from leading edge.
Update about flight will follow when all goes right ha ha……..
Greetings Hans |
