Saw a great crash todayTongue.

One of the guys has a L-34 large foamie. This bird has been repaired a few times and had 2 baths in the ocean.
Today he failed his hand launch, expert flyer, broke the fuse off from the LE of the wings and tore off a wing.
We all said time to retire the bird.
Next thing we knew he was back after a tube of CA..Off he went, we grabbed the cameras to watch what we knew what was going to happen.
A low level pass with a banking turn only to see the wing come off again.
This time she hit the deck hard and there was foam every where followed by smoke and more smoke then the fire startedClap...We all couldnt stop laughingLOL.....Then I remembered he was using my RX so it was a dash with water to save the remains..
The Radio was ejected out of the plane so it was fine...
The 4 cell Li-Po didnt leave much left of the mid section of the fuse...
She is now retired.

I glued my HK F16 that I lost in the sun a few weeks ago crushing the fuse and a broken wing...Simple fix plus gluing back 2 control horns to the wing and stab.
Off I went and after a few laps watched her spiral into the ground....
Bloody Murphy!! The other 2 control horns that I didnt reglue came off.......Bin job

Right after a spectacular crash, the pilot yelled out ''Channel 35 clear!

This Habu at least looks to be in repairable condition. I had my Sportjet in a similar condition before I glued it together.

Was the owner/pilot laughing? It's a bit scary that you laughed until it was your misfortune, because it was your gear....

If he was laughing as well then fair enough.
