What really annoys me with you guys at HK, you are so incredibly SLOWWWWWWW!!
I placed an FPV oder with BEVRC on a thursday, by the Monday it was at my doorstep, here in he UK. Yet for the last 5 orders you have taken my money & then sat on the orders for 3 to 4 days before shipping...WHY???? this is totally unaccetable when other companies dont try & make interest off thier customers, you advertise everywhere but never say the truth. Guys you have got to big for your boots & now Im tempted to contact mastercard for a refund!
 
A very annoyed long standing customer (not for much longer though)

I have run into the same thing.  The shipping prices are high enough to get things here next day in most cases. I understand it it out of country but still I am going close to 10 days now and you just now got it to the air mail center in hong kong. I have spent a lot of money and enjoy  your prices but take the order and get the products shipped!

Take your anger out on the right people/shipping place.

-it's all over the forum, again and again.
here the short one: it's NOT hobbyking, usually it's HK-post that lacks in speed, so does the other carriers.

But if i buy on e-bay, it takes much less time; CHECK, and the hand deliver one item at a time, Hobbyking gets there parcels picked up AFAIK, huge shipments each day -and that takes the curries/shipping company time to go trough.

Troels, when an order is placed & paid for immediately & then it says processing for over 2 days thats NOT the postal company, thats HK!
Please dont insult our intelligence & say its EMS fault....it hasnt even got that far to be EMS fault!

I feel like I'm holding a record in waiting!

After one month and a half I had finally all my stuff that I ordered in stock and reserved, but the status is kept on processing for more than a week.... I wrote a mail but got the answer : "Due to high volume of emails accumulated during Chinese New Year holiday, your emails will be answered within 3-7 days."

OK I waited patiently AGAIN.

But now they have put one item on backorder AGAIN!!!!

This is crayzy and NO SERVICE!!!
