I need help from an technical expert who can get this plane to fly as advertised.  I need Brushless motors and ESC so I can give this bird the power that deserves. Does any one have any idea?

I do have a trainer. I had my friend who is more experienced try to fly it and we were very disappointed. The engines on this plane have no power to fly it. that is the reason I want to convert to brushless.

Oh, so you already have the ducted fans, right ?
What is the diameter of the current motors that are in it ?
I guess it's 24mm, right ? And the fans look like they are 55 or 64mm right ?

In that case you could try these :

    motor : 2435 motor 4400kv

    esc : supersimple 30A esc

    And a 3S 2500-3000 mAh lipo

Take the current motors out and check motor and shaftdiameter to make sure that the brushless motors will fit !!
