Hi, I got a problem.
I have got a Turnigy 25A Brushless ESC-AE Turnigy BESC Programming Card and ordered. I can not connect the ESC with the card. Do I need Programming since Anderre Card? |

Anybody can connect an ESC to a programming card!
You theorically* have the proper programming card for this ESC, you don't need another.
(* I say theorically because I don't have this controller.)
Have you powered up the ESC after plugging it in the card, and disconnected it from the receiver?

I've tried everything, but with ESC Programming Card and Lipo. It did not work. Turnigy Plush 25Amp goes with it yes, but with the Turnigy AE-25A, it does not work. Is there as an Other Programming Card for this?

I found that the AE-25 is a clone or at least has the same setup mode as the Align RCE-BL15X ESC. Download the manual:
http://beta.ivc.no/rc_airplane/align_rce-bl15x_esc_manual.pdf The programming settings (brake, timing, cut-off voltage, soft-start, throttle response) all match the AE-25, missing the BEC voltage setting mentioned in the manual. It works fine on the AOXAN AE-25A ESC, included in the Clouds Fly - AXN Floater Jet kit. Had the same problem with the programming card, it didn't detect the ESC at all (no lights). |

I have 2 of these. You DO NOT USE a card to program these. One of mine would not enter program mode until I set the throttle servo limit to 120%. The procedure to program these units is as follows.
Turn on the xmitter, set the throttle to high (full on). Plug in the ESC. You should hear an ascending scale of 5 notes followed by a warbling series. You're now in program mode. Pull the throttle to low. You will soon hear a single beep repeated 5 times. During this period set the throttle for the brake desired; i.e., for no brake leave the throttle at low. For soft brake move the throttle to the mid point.. After the 5 series you'll hear a short tune indicating this channel is done. Next will be 2 beeps repeated 5 times for setting the timing mode; i.e., for high move the throttle to full on. When this is complete the end tune plays and series of 3 beeps is repeated 5 times for the battery cutoff setting. After that 4 beeps 5 times for Aircraft type. Then 5 beeps 5 times for Throttle response. Lastly there is a series of 6 beeps repeated 5 times that is not documented. I believe this is to set the BEC output voltage. When your done programming you unplug the ESC, pull the throttle to low and replug the ESC. You'll get a power on indication followed by a beep readout of each of the program channels either 1 beep 2 beeps or 3 beeps depending on what you selected. For the first 5 channels. There is no readout of the 6th one. |
