I'm writing this to say about those little planes.. they are very good (excellent I would say) and with some other parts from HK they become real rocketships..
on my AMx I used a 4cell instread of a 3cell , stock motor, the 6blade 1.97" edf unit from HK and all stock ESC and servos and I doplered it at 95mph
Ive also crashed them real bad but they are repairable. except from one part...
I'm writing this to say the obvious abou tthe KITs.. what is the most important part that is missing? the Canopy ofcourse.
I would like to ask HK to include the canopy on the extra cost.. it's an importand part on those planes and on crashes it cracks but it's not that repairable as the foam.
I think most of you would agree to this Edited by pavcon - 14/Dec/2010 at 3:04pm |

I have the mini F16 bought the foam kit and electronics separately-all the 50mm EDF kits do not come with the canopy as Pavcon has mentioned so this is a essential to stock
.I fly mine with no canopy and it goes pretty quick on 3 cell and i love it, its quite tough but a canopy would be a nice touch to complete it. |

Yes, please stock the canopies! I would very much like to be able to buy them separately.

I have never, for the life of me, worked out why they sold the crash kit without the canopy AND cockpit....

in fact Nitrocharged when I ordered my AMX I got the cockpit but no caopy despite that in the picture they show no cockpit either. BUT you get no decals
From My point of view Id rather pay 30usd and get a canopy and an edf unit(ok maybe 25 and get a canopy at least..
BH sells them ARf for 39 usd with canopy decals motor and edf unit :O
I personally run my AMX with HKings 6blade 1.97 inch edf stock motor on 4S and stock ESC and dopplered it at 95mph well it was impossible on a crash of 95mph for the canopy to survive Edited by pavcon - 16/Dec/2010 at 6:56am |

Pav, if I buy from BH, the shipping to me kills it, it works out the same as ordering an ARF from Honkers from the likes of x-flight etc...
