You can charge any decent quality LiPo at 2C, even 3C, but the faster you charge, the fewer cycles you will get in the long run. I have been told by a few people though, that the loss in charge cycles is minimal at 2C. Now keep in mind, that is with name brand LiPo's, but the Zippy's I have seem to be just fine. I charge mine at about 1.75C, not quite a full 2C, just to be on the safe side.
I look at it like this......even if my Zippy's only last 1 season, the amount I saved over Thunder Power or the like is more than enough for a few seasons worth of Zippy's.Approve

For some reason, probability an ill informed customs agent, consficated your battery (maybe he wanted it for himself). HK has no control over this and it will be up to you to contact Canadian customs to have them release your battery or receive remuneration from them (which is highly doubtful). There are hundreds of Lipoly batteries shipped to CA weekly with no danger. Your package apparently was lucky enough to fall into the hands of an overzealous border agent.
Best Regards
I can only remember half of what I say....
I used to walk on water 'til I found out it was more fun sitting in the boat drinking beer
