I find the best glue for all types of foam is UHU Por (not to be confused with other types of UHU).

I am not sure as to wether it is available in Sweden, but it's worth looking.

NEWER USE EPOXI, on EPO/EPP i does NOT BOND !!!, seems so but does not, you can tear it apart. it fill the pores, bur does not stick to the foam, making it look like it does work, but under load it can break up...

YES i have tried it, just did it today, with a crashed Super Sabre - the EPOXI snapped clean off one of the body-halves...

Perhaps I should have added that when using epoxy, make sure that any mould release agent is removed from the surfaces to be joined.

In truth, I have used epoxy on only one EPO model, a Graupner Elektro-Junior. The bond never failed, but from reading Troels post above, it must be a possibility, so in hindsight should perhaps be avoided.

I gave up using CA+ accelerator for quick repairs on EPP, as the bond was forever breaking (indoor models).

btw: even MULTIPLEX warns about NOT to use EPOXI on there plane (and man do i se alot of MXP plane, glued with Epoxi (and they all go, Yeah but it works, look)...
CA, if uses right, newer breaks in the glue surface (it tears the material apart), -Epoxi snaps right of in the glue surface.

Personally, I would never use thin on a fusalage. The thinner the CA, the quicker it sets, which means that by the time you have finished applying it to the entire surface to be glued, it may have gone off already at the point you started.

Before I discovered Por, I myself used medium, as it stayed better where I put it (not run off all over the place) and gave enough time to apply. You would need to use activator also, applying the CA to one side of the fus, and the activator to the other.

Using thick CA with activator on the opposite side of the fus may leave you with a less than flush joint if the glue hardens as you bring the sides together.

As far as HK CA's go, I have never used any so am unable to comment.

and the Thinner and thicker one too. - they all work superbly.

for a EPP/EPO fuselage i too would go for MEDIUM viscosity CA glue, and activator.

I have been using Gorilla Glue for all my EPO planes I have never had a failure. my son fliies a over powered 36" WS cosair very fast with hard menuvers solid as a rock. you can also use it to fill dents, and holes it expands about 4 X. dowside is it takes several hours to fully cure (But worth the wait)

I had a HK pre-assembled mini moa fuselage I needed to take apart to replace the servos. The (factory) cured glue used was slightly soft and I was able to cut right around and through glue-line to get it apart. I would love to get some of that for assembling foamies as I found it so easy to take apart. Anyone know of a glue like that which is available?
