Hi,

I can do lops now but big loops - with greater diameter. But it is ok for me now.

I have found out that more speed I apply the greater diameter loop I have to do otherwise the plane starts to turn.

BTW - I am using different motor now Turnigy 35-36B. Seems better.

Ahh.. Now it makes more sense why you are having trouble looping. Most likely you are speed stalling the plane. If you fly fast and apply to much elevator the plane will stall (flip over) because the angle of attack is to great. Think of it like riding a bicycle, the faster you go the lesser you turn the bike handle when turning. So you need to adjust the amount of elevator depending on how fast the plane is going when you perform a loop.

I can do loops now but I thought that with Edge it will be more sharp. I have to do loop with bigger diameter. I can do it better with my Cessna 480 Smile

I used 1800mAh but it was very heavy. Now I have less flight time but better flights

I have an E-flite (am I allowed to mention HH products here?) Mini Edge 540, which is a very fine plane, but I don't think they still make it. May be some shops still sell it.
A minimal technical knowledge is required for this hobby; please ensure you know the differences between up and down.

My plane is about 900 g with all the hardware and electronics. I was able to do one loop yesterday. I have found out that it is not possilbe to do it with full throttle. I thought it will be much easier with Edge 540 than with Cessna 480.

This edge is very heavy for its wing. Too much load. Even thought 36'' wing span it is weighted about 780gr. I'm also using a 1500mah. so it is easily stalling and when you're trying to do a loop with a low speed it turns. Try with a higher speed
