This brilliant plug and fly CAP comes with all the electronics pre installed making for an amazingly fast build. This models superb aerobatic abilities more than make up for it's not quite scale appearance. Balsa plug and fly is not something you see often and so much work has been done for you that 1-2 hours maximum is all you are going to need to get into the air. The powerful outrunner motor, ESC and all servo's are pre-fitted leaving you to glue on the tailfeathers and bolt the wing on.
We have tested and flown this CAP quite a bit and it is amazingly capable with impressive thrust from the low kv motor and big SF prop combination. The servo's are more than up to the job of keeping the impressively large control surfaces pointing in the right direction and the model is practical with it's removable wing, nicely applied covering which is good for orientation and robust undercarriage. If you are fed up of foam but would like a small-ish, easy to build & very capable aerobatic model, this fun, cheap CAP 232 is just the ticket!
great aerobatic model using zippy 2200 battery the kit itself was missing horns and rods and screws from the engine mount and the rudder servo was stripped its a shame other than that it is exellent

Recieved mine in good order, no damage, but one pushrod missing...QC really needs to be on the ball with this. If i was not a builder then i'd have to wait a fortnight to get another rod, and that is not good enough. Aside from that, build quality looks good, but engine mount glue was not really in there...noticed the mount move when i took it out of the box, and as soon as i touched it it came away. No problem, need to glue the other parts anyway, but another thing that needs to be looked at. Everything else looks good, but you need a little building experience to finish this model properly. Will add to this review after the maiden flight

Nice plane was well packaged and delivery was about 4 working days from nsw to qld. Plane flys well but these are it's bad points: was missin controlle rods for all serfices,the motor mount glue is crap it broke off at full throttle,the wheels are way too small it doesn't roll on very short grass even!,and the servos are crap the twitch and one was dead.but once all is fixed it flys great and is a good step into the 3d world.

Awesome plane , yes was missing few rods and yes servos not that good. I replaced the motor with a 1150kv motor (check all grub screws in and around the motor) fitted new servos , this thing is a rocket, flies well very fast , happy as .

Haven't written a review before but this plane is great value for a medium level pilot. As in others it was missing a control rod and the wheels are too small for grass but it flies very well and looks good. I feel that you could replace the servos and motor with better replacements but for the price it is too good to miss. Buy before it disappears.
