The P-51 Mustang Ultra Micro is compact in size and a blast to fly. Perfect for large indoor flying spaces, or outside in low wind conditions. Featuring full 4ch control, this ultra micro is a real performer. Capable of full scale aerobatics such as loops, rolls, inverted flight and more.
The Mustang is small and portable enough to take with you anywhere. The box it comes in also doubles as transport for the airplane. The airplane packs neatly in the box along with all of the accessories, and features a handle on the outside for easy carrying.
The included 2.4ghz radio is both Mode 1 and Mode 2 capable (Mode 1 default) and features a built-in charging function for the flight battery. All that is needed to do is insert the AA batteries into the radio, charge the flight battery, and your ready to go!

Wow!!!! What a great plane. Got it for my friend for his birthday he loves to fly rc. He loved it got two extra batteries good plus both work I am very impressed with my first purchase from hobby king. Thank you! Yes all you people reading this wondering if you should get one. Yes you should but you have to be on the ball with the plane and experienced.
I bought the plane and got it a week ago I try to fly it but the elevator does not work. I also bought 2 spares batters but they don’*t work either the plans mechanism work good but I am disappointed with the quality. I would like to know how to fix this prombles.
You can buy the body, wing and tailplane form here under: Planes ARF,RTF,KIT > Replacement Parts >>>>>Body PRODUCT ID: NE401779002A >>>Wing PRODUCT ID: NE401779003A>>>>> Fin and tail plane PRODUCT ID: NE401783001A >>>>>>
They will work around the 2.4 ghz range. They will work if you transplant the whole brick, which these planes use. You will be able to use it only with other 9 eagles bnf planes. If you want pnf planes, it won't work since you need a separate rx.
P-51 Mustang 4CH Ultra Micro 400mm (RTF) (Mode 1) that my order is, everything is broken up in place, body, wings all broken ... whether it can be replaced?
I just want to make a comment: This plane looks form the pictures very well built and better suited for the average beginner than the PZ/HZ P51. and I personally would love to have a few to add to my SEVERAL p51 and t28 UM planes. BUT and thats a BIG BUT, i will not be buying this plane for one reason, it is not spectrum compatible. If this plane were to be compatible with spectrum, i would purchase two right now.
No that would not work with this aircraft. The micro series uses a "all-in-one esc/rx". So in order to change to carry $pektrum I would have to install a $59 $pektrum rx/esc or pull one from one of my "hard landed" aircraft.
Levi you make a very very good point. HK sell a lot of these but with the DINKY RC set the are a toy. I is not what I would like add to my fleet either. HK really should look into find a series of small DINKY planes that are more compatible with the main stream RC gear. I think it would be a great selling point if they were. Levi you should raise it with the ISSUEs tab above.
Michael2, the Sky 500 transmitter should work fine. Any of the newer Nine Eagles plane transmitters should be OK. I will soon be checking for compatibility with older NE planes (i.e. Cessna and Xtra). Heli transmitters will NOT work.

So try and find a PZ/HZ/HH esc/rx for a fair price, cut and guy your brand new airplane, install new expensive parts, and repair aircraft. Then we can use $pektrum. Best option would be to purchase a nicer nine eagles tx and use that. But then you and I would have two radios for x amount of planes and 3x more hassle.
HK's WW II fighters are always nice in any size. The new ones come regularly. But I wonder, is there going to be any soviet WW II fighter models? I'd definitely buy a Yak or Il from here...
To be a nit-pick: this plane and many other components are not HK's. Sometimes rebranded or simply, like in this case, a different brand. See the TX: Nine Eagles.
People only say, e.g., "HK' Spitfire" to specify where it came from or if the brand is not shown at this site for a product.

Davvero un bel modello, vola bene con poco vento. Molto sensibile ai comandi ma è davvero sorprendente. Atterraggi facilissimo.
