This is to neet a little motor not to tell the world about! Hooked to a Yurnigy 12A plusl-12A-E on 3.75 timing and a 800mah 2S 20-30c produces 11.072 Oz of vertical lift with 7x4 APC prop and ran at just worm temp. A 7x5 Apc prop run for 20sec was to warm for my taste. Getting the APC props to run true was a *#$%*. Very nice looking little motor with a LOT of copper wound in it. Very strong for size! I can feel a bit of side to side play in shaft, but that could be the bearings being so close togeather.
Have fun and good flying
Sence my first post I've receaved a Mega Meter 7 in 1. Hooking it up to the above system showed 51 wats at 7.1 volts. This was just after a vertical lift of 11.07 oz. that consisted of the motor, stick it was atached to, Rx, ESC, battery, and a paper cup to witch was added #4 lead shot until it would lift no more. Good flying to Ya.
Kellyann, The more I fool with this motor the more inpressed I become, thears no dought in my mind that the poublished 74w. may be posable, but I'm fairly conserative. Notting your a Pro Contributor would you happen to know what tempatures the advrage motor and ESC is desined to run at? Thanks Frostbit.
frostbit it should let you. Anyway you did a great job of the revue. If you keep having this problem raise it in the "ISSUE" tab above. I may be a glitch.
Perfect little motor who I use on a homebuildracer with an 4.5*4.5prop and a 460 mah nanotech 3S li-po. Enough power to go fast and turn left and then to fly verticaly in the sky with enough speed for my 200gr. racer.
