I'm thinking this would be a good pack for the HK450. More current and smaller size. A bit weighty, but should be good for long nice run times! What's the thought on this ???

I have two of these packs for use on a large TriCopter, I can speak from experience, that pack is too large and heavy for a 450 class heli, 22-2500mAh is the correct range.

Just ordered 2 of them - the size is extremely attractive and 2 of them would perfectly fit in my Maja. Wonder how the performance of these are!

Here is what I think guys. Not justifying this product but I think it is possible that it is 3-QTY FAT 1350MAH individual cells. this would add up to 4050mah.. The size does realitively is of a 1300mah pack (W x H seems right).. **But HK has not confirm any of our posting.. So thumbs down for this one.

I would say yes it is 4000mah. the long one is Pack Size: 150 x 50 x 22mm at 372g . so this is little taller and over twice the width at 340g so that would make up for the shorter length.

A post on the European site says this is 3S2P, which might explain the dimensions.

i have this battery and it is everything it says and more. i stand behind this pack 100% as i have used it in many types of applications, even a RX battery with a castle BEC. this is a great bang for the buck. www.link

technology this days make everything possible.. if u dont believe all well, but it is a 4000mAh made for the dirt bike.. doesnt matter the size, just because u see a 4000mah big lipo battery that doesn't mean that this one is not a 4000mAh..

I bought 4 of these batteries a few months ago. They have all been excellent. I have had no problems with any of them. They put out great power and last a long time. I really like the boxier orientation of the cells as opposed to a stick pack. I use them in my rock crawler for low center of gravity. It works well. These are the first lipo batteries I've ever owned so I can't compare to others. I do wish they came with deans connectors though.

I barely review but some of you guys had some concern that those would not live up to their promise. Well turn out they actually do. I received two of them last week and did some flying today. Real nice batteries.

I use two in a parallel configuration (8000mAh) and after about 24min of flight, the cell tester reported 4.02V/cell. I did 9 takeoff and landings - so wasted a lot of energy, but based on my calculation I should achieve about 1h - 1.5h flight time in my FPV plane - maybe even more If I just cruise around. They fit perfectly in my Bormatec Maja and I highly recommend them.

I tested the LiPo with an advance LiPo analyzer and they really are 4000mAh / pack. After my flights I meassured the temperature of each package and they were only 26 Celcius - outside temp was 92F (sunny california).

So overall extremly happy and I will order more. Now I can get rid of my 4Cell LiPo's which are heavy and are done after 15min of flight time.

I tested two of these 4000 packs today on my 700mm tricopter.
20 min. flight time each,twice the time of my 3000 3s packs.
Truly a very good battery.
